Israeli-American founder and operating executive with more than a decade of experience building and scaling AI-native companies between the US and Israel. Forbes Agency Council Member.
I've spent the last decade building marketing and software businesses, mostly in the US. Today I run four AI-native companies in parallel: BetterWeb (an AI operating system for business), Guac Digital (a performance marketing agency since 2013), VaultAgents (a methodology and workshop), and Brik CRM (a CRM SaaS I co-own with a technical partner).
Outside of work, I split time between Tampa and Israel. I serve as an IAC (Israeli-American Council) Council Member for Florida Central, was featured in the IAC Impact 2024 report, and have spoken at Operation Israel events and the University of South Florida about the Israeli-American experience. Before all of this, I served as a paratrooper and commander in the IDF.
I write a regular column for Forbes on AI, agencies, and how operators are actually using AI day-to-day.
I grew up between two countries and still live that way. I served in Israel first, then built four companies from Tampa. I started writing about all of it third.
I am happiest when I am operating something real: a launch, a hire, a campaign, a vault file. I am the least useful person at the polished hype event.
If we end up working together, expect short emails, fast decisions, and the kind of honest answer most people are too tired to give.
